Photography & Texture 2001-2007
Using an old 8x10 Deardorff camera, I photographed over hundreds of portraits.




It took over two years to collect over 300 pounds of scraped metals of all sorts:
tea kettles,pans, computer parts,and other household items that were made of metal.




Using a collection of my daughter’s pink toys, I had to carefully place them
around the portrait.




Over 300 miniature toy cars were glued to this portrait of Taxi Driver,
who has been a cab driver over 25 years in Seoul.




The leaves had to go through a special drying process and had to have
an especial coating  procedure to prevent from cracking.
